The Valls del Nord are formed from the parishes of Ordino and la Massana. They are the third and fourth parishes in the official order. The first historical references to both parishes are found in the Act of Consecration of the Urgell Cathedral in the 9th century, under the denominations of Hordinavi and Maciana respectively.

Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.

The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.

The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when el hotel validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.

The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through el hotel on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.

The lower rate must be in the same currency.

el hotel will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through el hotel is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.

If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.

Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
